GLOBENOVA AI

AI on classified work, answers to your command.

Operators want the advantage AI gives, on the data that matters most. Globenova lets defence and intelligence teams use AI inside the enclave, so classified material is inspected at the wire and never leaves custody, and every decision is on the record.

The challenge

Commercial AI is built for someone else's threat model.

Agentic AI now reaches across operational and intelligence data, but commercial platforms accept anonymous agent traffic and assume a commercial threat model. When an agent crosses a boundary, the operator is accountable, not the platform, and after-the-fact detection cannot recall a disclosure that has already crossed the wire. Sovereign work needs detection in the request path, inside the enclave, with caveats that survive across allied jurisdictions, and an immutable record an assessor can examine.

How Globenova applies

Two instruments, one closed loop.

Sentinel · at the wire

Detection at the wire

Every prompt, retrieval, tool call, and response your teams' AI makes passes through Sentinel first. It classifies what is flowing and who is handling it, then allows, redacts, blocks, or escalates in real time, and records every decision to a tamper-evident log. For sovereign work it inspects the prompt, the retrieval, the tool call, and the output, blocks or redacts classified content before it reaches an external model, preserves allied caveats, and records every decision for an assessor.

Forge · in the enclave

Synthesis where data cannot travel

Forge generates high-fidelity synthetic data inside your environment, so models can be built and tested without the protected source ever leaving custody. Cleared teams generate synthetic training data from classified source for allied sharing, with caveats preserved and the source never leaving the enclave.

What it handles

Built around the data and the rules you already work to.

Data it classifies

  • Classified and protected operational data
  • Intelligence and signals material
  • Allied, coalition, and NATO material under caveat
  • Personnel and operational identifiers
  • Controlled technical data

Frameworks it is built to

  • ITSG-33 Profile 3
  • Protected B and classified handling
  • CCCS authorization pathway
  • NATO and Five Eyes caveat preservation, including STANAG 4774/4778 labelling
  • Controlled Goods and export controls
In practice

What it looks like in an operational setting.

01

An analyst asks a model about a classified file

Globenova inspects the prompt, the retrieval, and the output, and blocks or redacts classified content before it reaches an external model, recording each decision.

02

Allied sharing without egress

A cleared team needs synthetic training data from classified source for allied sharing. Forge generates it inside the enclave, with caveats preserved, so the source never leaves custody.

03

Caveats that survive translation

Releasability caveats are carried through the record across allied jurisdictions, rather than relying on operational discipline alone.

04

Evidence for accreditation

Every decision is written to a tamper-evident log, so a security assessment can be substantiated by records from the period under review.

Posture

Built toward sovereign assurance.

Globenova is built for these frameworks and is designed to support them in deployment. These statements describe what the platform is engineered toward, not a claim of certification by any regulator.
