Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the uses of the Globenova AI website, and of our products and services where applicable, that are not permitted. It supplements our Terms of Use, our Responsible AI Policy, and any agreement under which we provide services.

01Scope

This policy applies to the website and, where applicable, to any Globenova products or services you are authorised to use. Where it conflicts with a signed customer agreement, that agreement governs the services it covers.

02Prohibited conduct on the site

You must not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of Globenova or any third party;
• introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, scan, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure, other than as expressly permitted by our Responsible Disclosure Policy;
• reverse engineer or copy the site except to the extent the law expressly permits;
• use the site to harass, defraud, or harm others, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

03Prohibited uses of our technology

Where you are authorised to use our products, you must not use them, or attempt to use them, to:

• disable, evade, or defeat the oversight, logging, classification, or other controls the products are designed to provide;
• access, process, or move data you are not authorised to handle;
• support the development of autonomous weapons or unlawful surveillance, or any use contrary to our Responsible AI Policy;
• act in breach of applicable law, export controls, or controlled-goods obligations.

04Sensitive information

Do not submit classified, controlled-goods, or protected operational information through the public website or by unsolicited email. Use the secure channel established in your agreement with us.

05Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or restrict access to the site or services. We may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Action under this policy is without prejudice to our other rights.
